Which example should be learned in SDK if I want to store some data into the NVM of nRF52832 ?

I need to store some data into the NVM of nRF52832 , which can be saved after powering down .  In nRF5_SDK_16.0.0_98a08e2 , which example should I learn ?

All examples of nRF5_SDK_16.0.0_98a08e2 is shown in picture 1 .
