Good morning....
I have an application that needs a remote control to communicate to six end nodes that are about 200' away in warehouses. It is a one-way communication with user input data from the RC end (very few bytes and infrequent). I would like to use an FCC compliant module that has been pre-certified and am NOT interested in Bluetooth or paying for Bluetooth. I have been looking at the Fanstel BT832X/XE modules. My questions:
1. Has anyone used these (I really like the price) and if so can you re-flash them with Gazell stack or ESB?
2. If not does anyone know of an nRF solution with range extender, FCC pre-cert module and open source where you can load ESB?
In the past I have worked with the nRF24L01+ and used a skyworks amp but we had to go through FCC testing. I don't seem to see any 24L01+ pre- certed modules with an amp after them.
Thanks
Steve
