How to Read Time (UTC or otherwise)

We have devices that we want to turn on at some future date. This means that when they're deployed they should somehow get real time, calculate when they will wake up, and then sleep for however long they need to.

We've been trying to get time from time.nrc.ca but it has proven unreliable and often we don't get a response after several retries.

Is there a recommended way to get time reliably?

Have you checked the Date-Time Library that was published lately? I haven't used that yet but I think I'm going to at some point. Please, let me know if that library fills your needs and if you'll get it working.

Hey anicare-tero, no not yet. I realized after that this is not part of the 1.2 SDK so it's not in our code base yet. It's been deprioritized until we integrate the next SDK
