Segger Embedded Studio merged.hex is out of date

I'm not sure what happened to my SES but every time I try to debug I get a message saying that my image is out of date even just after having rebuilt it. Any idea what may be causing this? I noticed it start after updating to V4.42

Hi,

 

I can confirm that this is a bug, and I'll make sure this is brought up internally.

It pops up even if you build just prior to entering debug mode. I haven't found a workaround for omitting this dialog.

I have the same "phenomenon" after moving the blinky project out of its comfy example folder.
I thought I might have left a file or a path behind. It seems to work. Should I investigate further?
