I Connect the board & JlinkLite and tried the flash write.

Softdevice Ver6.2.1 -> Success Softdevice Ver7.1.0 -> Error

I can open softdevice7.1.0.hex in the editor program

What causes?

What is your nRFGo version? SD7 require the newest version of nRFGo from Nordic website. I think 1.17 is the current version.
