Turn off SoftDevice & BLE

Hi. I want to disconect softdevice and ble in order to access to flash memory. 

I know there are a lot of ways to deal with it. But i want to test to disconect softdevice and ble. 

How can i do it ? 

How can i re-connect them afterwards?

Why do you need to disconnect the SoftDevice in order to access flash? Check out Kristin's answer in this thread: 

"When the softdevice is enabled, flash operations should be done using the sd_flash_xx api. For writing to flash, sd_flash_write() should be used."
