You need to be using nRF Connect nowadays:

It's a shame that Nordic don't mention this anywhere on the NRFGO studio page

Thanks Andrew. nRF Go studio is still useful for the nRF8001 and nRF24 but for newer product such as nRF52, nRF53, nRF91 one should use nRF Connect Desktop application.
