lifetime of NRF51822 over Acceleration

is there any information about how the acceleration of an IC effects the lifetime? I use the NRF51822 in an environment with around 400 g accelerations.

I'm sorry, but this is not a test we do during our qualification. So we have no number on how 400g acceleration affects the lifetime of the device.
