Programming interface for Segger w/ Segger JLink

Hello-

I am developing my first project with the nRF9160.  It is on a custom board.  I am planning on using Segger studio with the Segger JLink programmer with the 10-Pin connector.  Could I get a sanity check that the following is how I should set up the interface to the nRF9160?

1) Does nReset need a pull-up resistor?  (10K?)

2) Does SWO need a pull-up resistor?

3)  My nRF9160 VDD is 3.3V.  My VDD_GPIO is 1.8V.  Should I make PIn1 of the Segger Connector be 1.8V to match the GPIO, or 3.3V to match VDD?

Any advice would be appreciated!
