the tolerance of dimension D,E (min/max) of 52840 WLCSP

Hi Sir,

In the datasheet (V1.1), the table-145 shows the dimensions of WLCSP, but there is no tolerance of D/E/D2/E2

Could you help to advice what is the tolerance of dimension D, E, D2, E2 (min/max) of 52840-CKAA (WLCSP)?

Hi Han,

you can have a look at this appnote, as for D and E max/min, there is 0.03mm tolerance in CKAA.
