When supply will continuously start??? I don't see it on DigiKey or Mouser .......
Contact your distributor for details of when they are able to supply you. Last I've heard we're finishing up the final bits of characterization now, then we'll go into production.

It depends on your distributor, but September is a fair estimate.
Is there any recommendations for choosing usual well-known 2.4GHz amplifiers ???
We've done a lot of work with Skyworks previously, and we can recommend them. They've got good parts, documentation, and support. I believe our PAs will have about equal or higher performance with current Skyworks line-up though.
