NRF52DK (PCA10040) problems after updating JLink firmware

Hi,

I updated Segger Embedded Studio to the latest version, 4.50, after that it asked me to update JLINKv6.62a firmware update, but there after I had problems with the board, like SES hangs while debugging, USB to UART is too slow or not responding properly, and JLINK drive (usually pop-up when connecting to PC) disappeared. So tried to enter in the boot-loader mode by pressing down the boot SW and drag and drop firmware found in the following post

Now it seems OK, except each time SES asking for firmware update. How can I properly update the firmware or should I need to go back to SES ver 4.30b (which was the previous SES)? Where can I find the latest nrf52dk boot-loader?
