Can 250K be used in NRF52832?

The nrf52832 defined the 250k mode in the specification, but it is Deprecated. We want use nrf52832 send data and Nrf24l01+(or nrf52832) receive data in our pruduct. We have tested the communation between NRF52832 and NRF24L01+ with 250K rate is OK. We are worry about can the nrf52832 use the 250K in product? Why is 250k mode is deprecated?

Can we use it in our product stably?

I have another question. Thank you.

I find nrf52811 has the mode Ieee802154_250Kbit. We want to know is there any way to using NRF52811 Ieee802154_250Kbit mode send data and NRF24L01+ receive the data.

We have made a test. In the test, we using NRF52810 Ble_1Mbit mode to send data and NRF24L01+ 1Mbit to receive data(not using BLE protocal stack and softdevice, just using proprietary protocal). It works, NRF24L01+ received the data very well. So we speculate that the NRF24l01+ can receive the data from NRF52811 in Ieee802154_250Kbit  mode(using proprietary protocal).   Is there any problem we use NRF52811 such a way in the product? The product should pass the FCC and CE certification.
