BLE: radiated power with reference design

I used the reference design with nRF52840 and need for RED test following information:

What is the gain or the radiate power with the antenna layout?

This depends on your implementation of the antenna, size of the ground, housing material. Especially, the size of the ground plane will have great impact on the antenna efficiency and the gain.

You can assume around 0 dBi antenna gain, less for smaller ground plane size.
