LFXO Load Capacitance Spec for NRF52832

Just want to ask what will be the effect if I will use an external oscillator (32.768kHz) with a CL nearly at max specification, let's say 12pF.

When CL increase, the start up time gets longer and current draw increases. It's better to use a crystal with lower CL
