Getting started with nRF52810 for tracker application

Need to design a simle RSSI based tracker using nrF52810. Due to current global issue, cannot order hardware at the moment.

So meantime I am planning to learn all software/understand hardware aspects without actual hardware.

So to get started this i have thing are staring point:

2. nRF52 DK  will order once global issue resolved .

3. Softdevice S112 

Apart from this:
1. Can someone point out which IDE will be suit and how to setup it correctly

2. Any video tutorial?

1. I suggest using Segger Embedded Studios, as you get a free license to this IDE with the purchase of Nordic products. I would suggest reading up on the newer product specification versions, as the OPS is very brief.
