Reset pin(P0.18) of NRF5280 is measured low

I`m debugging the nrf52840 on the pcb I made and have some problem

I know Reset pin is P0.18 of nrf52840
but 3.3V was not measured. So the reset pin does not work.

I think the reason why the reset pin does not work is related to 3.3V.

I would be grateful if you could let me know which parts to check regarding these issues.

Hi,

Is the chip working apart from the reset pin? Note that the PINRESET needs to be enabled by writing UICR registers. The default (reset) value is 0xFFFFFFFF, which means that the RESET pin is disconnected. You can enable pin reset with the nrfjprog command 'nrfjprog --pinresetenable'.
