nRF5340 - How to change clock freq of app core on the fly

Hi,

What is the suggested way to switch between 64MHz and 128MHz on the application core?   Normally I want to run at 64MHz, but sometimes boost it to 128MHz.  Is there additional setup needed to properly propagate the clock change for example to, TWIM, SPI, etc?

See [4] CLOCK: Changing application core frequency register HFCLKCTRL requires additional register initialization.

The peripheral clocks are fixed at their frequency regardless of HFCLKCTRL.
