How to reach 100m of ANT range receiver ?

We need to develop a system that can receive multi heartrate ANT+ strap signal at least 50 to 100m range. Im newbie in this technology and I don't know if is there any antenna stronger than USB ANT+ receivers Thank you in advance !!

    50 to 100 meters of range with ANT is stretching it. It can be done, but normally we would recommend to add some amplification or add a directive antenna to the application. You could probably achieve 50 to 100 meters without it as well, but not reliably. An overall good design, with good ground and antenna will always be better. So there's definitely room for improvement if you make a board on your own compared to the ANT+ USB device. Have a look at for example the development kits that we use. They are bigger in size and ground plane and would have better radio performance. Have a look at for example the nRF51-DK.
