I am working this tutorial.
At the end of this, I copied and executed the contents of advertising_init() function but it became NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND.
When debugging, the return value of ble_advertising_init(&m_advertising, &init) was 12.
What is my problem?

Please clarify the error code is 12 decimal, not hexa. If it's 12 decimal it's NRF_ERROR_DATA_SIZE. (please see nrf_error.h). This most likely because you have bigger data size than the 31 bytes max payload for advertising packet.
Have you modified the advertising data ? For example change the device name ? Could you post your code ? I assume you are testing with SDK v15.0 ?

If you compare your main.c to the main.c in the solution folder (from github link) you can see that you have added the manufacturing data (you uncommented it).
The advertising data payload is 31 bytes, and with all of the name, UUID, you only have about 9 bytes left. This is only enough for 4 bytes of manufacturing data left (plus company ID). If you change the data[] in the manuf_data declaration to 4 bytes you should be able to advertise.
I would suggest you to use the nrf Connect app on the phone to check for the raw data of your advertising packet.
