ADD PSRAM FOR nRF52840

Hi,

In our application, LCD will occupy 150KB RAM,  and algorithm will occupy 60KB, but 52840 only has 256KB ram, so 256KB RAM is not enough for our application;

We want to add qspi psram  to solve ram shortage , so we need help for using qspi psram;

Using the nRF5340 will probably be cheaper both in board space and final product cost.

The nRF5340 is not in mass production yet, and will not be for some time. Please contact sales if you need more details on the timeline.

Regarding QSPI PSRAM, that is not explicitly supported or tested by Nordic, but it might work.
