soft device access at hci level

after flashing the s130 soft device on nrf51dk,is there any way to access API's at hci level..? is there anyway to access controller stack.... ?

No, there's no interface for users into the HCI level. We have a defined API from the application towards the entire softdevice. What functionality is it that you are looking for?
