At first, the capacitance value of bluetooth frequency deviation was not adjusted, and then it was very difficult for apple to connect with vivo phone.Later find someone else to adjust the capacitance value, the connection is stable, but found in the iphone communication lost packet rate is high, what is the reason for this?

What is your source for the LFCLK and what tolerance setting have you configured when initializing the Softdevice?

OK, the frequency deviation should be very good. For LFCLK you need to go through what accuracy is configured when you initialize the Softdevice, standard 20ppm crystal might be too tight for your board.
