Well, there appears to be trim registers for the radio peripheral that could be used to adjust the TX frequency. Not a game I'd want to be playing though.
I agree the softdevice would likely be an issue. Plus from what you can learn from the reference manual it sounds like the registers would be loaded with factory calibration data by the softdevice. It would be better to address the tuning of the circuit.
