51822EK Segger J-link OB issue

Hi~

I have a nrf51822 EK board(PCA10001 V2.2.0), but the J-link OB can't flash 51822 chip.

The situation is:

1.I can see Segger J-link on segger software&nrfgo studio, but no device found, there are to see the firmware is "J-Link OB-SAM3U128 V1", Hardware "V1.00", and update is the newest.

2.I remove regiest R15&R16, use the J-lint lite to flash the ek-board's 51822chip, it's work.

3.Use J-link OB to flash my custmon board(nrf51822 chip), still can't found the device.

How to fix the J-link?could any way to reflash the segger chip?

Download the latest segger jlink software and see if that works from the command line. If it does then nrfgo studio is trying to use an old one. There are posts about this if you search.

Negative!MY segger version is 4.96a! the first version I used was 4.68, I tried all order and newer version but no one can found the device.

What voltage are you running your custom board at? The j-link lite can only program devices running at 3.3 V. If you use a lower voltage you could experience what you are describing. Make sure you have common ground between the boards as well.

Also the interface on the nRF51822-EK was not design to be used to program external boards.
