How to verify 32k crystal is working on our custom board by software?

Hi,

we have a custom PCB board equip with nordic 52810 chip and the system ARCH is acting like Linux Host-BLE_Controller mode demonstrate below

Our manufacturer needs software support to make sure the 32k crystal is working as expected.

How can we check it from software, a query from Linux to Nordic 52810 through HCI UART command is preferred.

Is there any firmware to support this test? Or any way to achieve our requirement.

Hi,

Is the customer seeing some abnormal behavior? There isn't any software hooks available that doesn't require you to modify the application. You can read the LFCLK register to see if the LFCLK is running or not. Does the board advertise?
