Add support for Galaxy Note 3

The nRF Utility app for Android does not support the Galaxy Note 3 yet. Probably because the phone has only been released for a few days so far.

Please add support for it, currently it gives me a dialog that says "Device is not supported", I think you have a explicit check for Galaxy Note 2 in your code and you should simply just allow Galaxy Note 3, and depend on the API to handle the specifics.

Different APIs: Android 4.3 devices should be using Developer API 18 and not the Samsung's proprietary API, which is what that version of nRFUtility is using.

Frank, I don't work for Nordic. I merely took the liberty of answering your question :)

It's a little unfair to ask Nordic to fix Samsung's (well, Android's) systemic issues.

All they can really be expected to do is to try and follow best practices. Unfortunately, the current best practice (using Developer API 18) is at loggerheads with supporting the majority of BLE-enabled devices on the market due to the choice of many manufacturers NOT to allow device upgrades or vanilla versions of the Android OS.
