External Low Swing clock input

Hi

I have a question about LXFO input  on external low swing clock setting using nRF52832.

I can see the input specification of external low swing clock about only peak to peak amplitude.

It means that external low swing clock mode needs only peak to peak amplitude with any Vih/Vil voltage under VDD, right ?

e.g. VDD=3.6V and on external low swing setting, Both 0 to 200 mV swing and 3400 to 3600mV swing are accepted as LFXO input ?

Is it correct ?

If so, is it needed to put a Capacitor on XL1 input line to block DC ? or not ?
