How Scan and find my new nRF51 DK?

HI, I'm extremely new about Nordic component and device. I buy a nRF51 DK for start understand hou BLE work, I attach to my pc, the green led power on and my pc know the device, So I scan with my phone look for something, but no device bluetooth are found? My phone have bluetooth 4
