Multiple definitions of NFC_BLE_PAIR_LIB_BLE_OBSERVER_PRIO

In the SDK 16, many sdk_config.h have multiple definitions of NFC_BLE_PAIR_LIB_BLE_OBSERVER_PRIO.

Hi Nicolas, 

Thanks for reporting this. Some how there are many duplicated of this define in the sdk_config.h
We will fix this in the future release of the SDK.
