Building an emproject file using command line

Hi,

I"m looking for a solution to automatically build the emproject file from the directory *without using any IDE) so that i can export the .hex file and can be used to program the board using the command line tools or using the nrfjprog commands. Is there any such option to do 

could you please provide any documentation or the link to build the project file or is there any other process to build the solution using command line

I'm using nRF52840 DK and nRF15.2 SDK

Hi TJ,

 

emBuild is the program you want to use. Here's an example of how to call it:

emBuild.exe -config "Release" myproject.emProject -echo -verbose -rebuild
