How to generate music with PWM?

Hi,

I would like to control a piezo driver using GPIO pin on nRF52840 DK. 

I've read posts about this kind of application. But still confused about how to set up PWM to generate music signal.

Can anyone help? What is the best example I should start with?

Are you asking about the general principles of how PWM can be used to synthesise a waveform, or just the specific details of how to configure the PWM unit in an nRF52840 ?

Obviously, you will need to understand the former before moving on to the latter.

What, exactly, do you mean by that?

Give a part number and/or link to the product.

Note that many cheap piezo sounders are resonant and will not reproduce a wide range of frequencies - so they are not suitable for music.

I believe I've already got the theory behind the PWM and waveform.

Yes, I have questions about how to configure a music unit in an nRF52840.

The part no. of piezo driver is PAM8904. Sorry for the confusion, what I need is not a song or a music, it's more like a tune or a sound.
