Hi there,
I recently upgraded to nRF Connect for Desktop v3.3.3 and the programmer module to v1.4.2 and I am experiencing the following issues. At first, when I would try to connect to my nRF52840 with my nRF9160 board, it would give me the following error.
For nRF9160 DK v0.8.8 there has been discovered an error that makes communication towards nrfjprog fail. As a temporary workaround please install the older nRF Connect for Desktop v3.3.0. It is not necessary to downgrade the Programmer app.
I then try v3.3.0 but upon selecting my device the programmer screen would turn blank. I tried it with nRF v3.2.0 which didn't work. I tried the ol' turn off and turn on for my computer but that didn't work. So I tried it on my Linux machine and at least received the same error instead of the blank screen on v3.3.3, v3.3.0, and v.3.2.0.
The only thing I haven't done is downgrade the programmer module, which I don't know how to do and I can't seem to find instructions on how to do so. I've been using the nRF Connect and Programmer module for weeks now and I just decided to say let's finally update everything and here I am :)
Any ideas on how to proceed?
