nRF9160 DTLS - certificate authentication

The modem firmware release notes say

> DTLS supports PSK authentication only

and indeed I can only get PSK to work.

I understand you can't give a timeline, but can you say if it is planned to implement certificate authentication (client and/or server) for DTLS?
