Datasheet for NRF52833 including CJ Package (CSP)

Hi,

we ordered by Data I/O the Algorithm for the device NRF52833-CJAA-R

For this we need a documentation (datasheet) including the CSP-Package (CJ) with pin-description as well.

 You have ordered an algorithm from Data I/O for the NRF52833-CJAA and they need the pinout for the CSP package that is not in the current version of the nRF52833 PS?

Yes, it's not in the current version.

According to R&D the PS will be updated in end of June/Early July with the CSP pinout and reference circuitry.

is it possible to get hte pinout earlier?

Ideally we would kindly ask you to wait, but if its critical then I can see if we provide the pinout earlier.

I would be grateful if you could provide us the pinout earlier because there is a bigger business behind it. The development of the algorithm for programming the components will then take another 10 weeks. We lose so much time.

Hi Alexander, 

please contact the Nordic RSM in your area and ask for the v0.7 CSP addendum which contains the pinout for the nrF52833. It can be shared under NDA.
