LED3 and LED4 blink when nrf9160DK connect to cloud

When I run the code of  Asset Tracker, the LED3 and LED4 blink, they cannot connect to tower or cloud, what's going on?

Hello,

LED 3 blinking: The device is connecting to the LTE network.

LED 4 blinking: The device is connecting to nRF Cloud.

If the device does not connect, you can post the LTE link monitor log output here.
