Communication problems with BT products with nRF52840

Dear Nordic Team,

we have unstable communication with an Osram BT device through nRF52840. We got information from Osram developers the nRF52840 is the right device for the communication.

We tried more donglee and more devices. Under the test the distance was not more than 20cm. The used sw is nRF Connect v3.3.3.

You can see in the annex 3 pictures:

pic0: connected to the device

pic1: not found the device

pic2: found the device, but can not connect

If try it 10 times, maybe 1 or 2 times the connection ok.

Hi Csaba, 

Please describe the hardware you used to connect to PC ? Which board did you use ? 
Could you give the information about hte Osram device as well ? 
If you have a nRF52 development kit, you can try capturing a sniffer trace it would reveal more information about the issue.

Sorry, but I've got this info from Osram:

"Please put the Nordic discussions on Hold. As I mentioned in the call, I am not comfortable sharing details with Nordic without checking confidentiality agreement."
