I'd like to know schedule of nrf9160 specification: 

1.When will 9160 support R14 regulation in NB-IOT/ LTE? 

2.When will Nordic release example of "Modem" Firmware update by OTA?

1.When will 9160 support R14 regulation in NB-IOT/ LTE?

We in technical support will never comment on roadmap related items. We focus on what we currently deliver.

When will Nordic release example of "Modem" Firmware update by OTA? 

 We support delta image modem firmware patching at this point. This means that you can get bug fixes applied, like going from v1.1.0 to v1.1.1.

About 2, do you mean that we could update the delta image through wireless methods?

Yes, that is correct. In the http_application_update sample, you can point to a modem delta binary instead, by changing these two config entries:
