Does the nrf9160 modem acts as a secure element?

Hi Vlad,

The big picture is that all non-public credentials are stored encrypted in the modem.
It's important to note that nRF9160 supports Cryptocell 310 and has the Key Management Unit on the Application side as well.

Is there a way to read the credentials stored in the modem?
Is all data encryption done by the modem? So no secret is exposed outside
