SIG certified?

My company is using nrf52832 and our certification agent (we will apply for CE Red and FCC for our device) is wondering if the chip manufacturer is a SIG member, otherwise we'll have to enroll. Is that the case?

I think I found at Bluetooth.com that Nordic Semiconductor is a member. Then I wonder how to go about to get our product registered in their QD ID? Certification agent told me that this is required.
