Unable to fire TIMER interrupt. Out of Ideas.

I stuck a breakpoint in the main loop to capture the timer values. Everything looks good, the capture has worked.

The interrupt isn't called however. I've disabled the softdevice (s112) although it doesn't use TIMER2 anyway.

Anything obvious I'm missing?

OK I've randomly fixed it. The INTENSET wasn't being updated (can see it's 0 in the right windows) even though the code is setting it. No idea what changed but it's began updating to '1' and interrupt is firing.
