What is the start up time of 32K LFXO at -40/-30/-20 degree?

In the datasheet, the start up time of 32K LFXO is 0.25s.

What is the start up time of 32K LFXO at Low temperature (-40/-30/-20 degree)?

The startup time is about 10% shorter at -40 degrees and 10% longer at +75 degrees.

-40 degree is also a extreme environment, why does the startup time is shorter at -40 degree?

Everything goes faster when it's colder, current draw is lower etc.
