I have reinstall 3.3.0(uninstall 3.3.3) the problem still

Could you try to uninstall nRF Connect, go into {user}\AppData\Roaming and removed everything that has *nrf*connect in the name, install 3.3.0 again? Please let me know this helps or not.

You should normally not get this problem unless you are behind a proxy server. Please follow these instructions.
