SDK bsp simultaneous multi button long-push support

Dear Nordic Tech Support & community,

The SDK 16.0.0 supports only one button long-push at time.
Attached you can find a SDK-patch to add the support of multiple long-press simultaneously.

The necessary changes in the app_timer module, have been done only for the V2.
