Selling product which uses NRF52832 module

Hey let’s say I use zephyr to code some Bluetooth mesh stuff on an NRF52832 module and then make a product using this module. Do you guys know if there are things I have to do before selling this product to the public? Maybe I’m not even allowed to use zephyr to sell to public? Maybe I have to register my Bluetooth stuff somewhere? Sorry for vague question but I was thinking someone on here must have some clues.

For the SW, there are no restrictions. 

You need to register you product at Bluetooth SIG and pay the listing fee

Else, general regulative testing always comes in addition, like EMC etc. A test house can help you with this.

If I don't mention that we are using Bluetooth in the product, do we really need to pay 4100 for the registry fee of the product?

If you don't list the product, you are violating the Bluetooth license agreement. There's no way around this.
