NCS is still in alpha state for nRF52-devices, and we ofcourse plan to provide all features of the nRF5-SDK over to NCS. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on roadmap related questions, such as when this will happen, as we in technical support focus on supporting what we have today.
That being said; with our move to NCS and github, things are alot more transparent to you, as the developer, where you can have a look at the different pull-requests and other things that is happening in the different master branches. Please note that these PRs are in-review, and the time before they are merged depends on if any issues/bugs are found, the documentation work, and so-forth.
