not able to build

I am not able to build in release mode where as in debug mode builds.  Even when option for release is chose , it builds in debug mode. I am using Segger Embedded studio 4.1.2. Please help

Because in print I see its building in debug mode. And issue is persistent in release mode , which I need to fix.
