MCUboot upgrade of thinkgy 91

I have successfully upgrade 2 thingy 91 with the latest modem firmware 1.2 via MCUboot, and it worked.

I then tried to upgrade the existing standard application from 2019 release to thingy91_ltem_2020-04-29_bc7ade8b.hex  via MCUboot.

Writing was successfull, but the application does not run.  I then upgraded the same 2 thingy 91 via a nrf9160 DK og a 10 pin cable.

Update was successfull and both devices run again.  Why does the appl. not run when updated via MCUboot ?

Hi!

I think you're using the wrong .hex file when updating over USB.

The files in the folder "images_dfu_hex" are to be used when flashing via MCUBoot, and the files in the folder "images_full" are to be used when flashing using the nRF9160 DK as a debugger and a 10 pin cable.
