nRF52810 extra current after RTT viewer is used

When I connect to nRF52810 with RTT viewer and then unplug J-Link probe from the device without properly closing the connection in RTT viewer, the current consumption in deep sleep increases approx. 400 uA. I can get it back to proper values either by connecting RTT viewer and using disconnect command in it or by power cycling the device. Reset (pin 21) does not help.

Is this expected behavior? With most devices when the probe was disconnected, so was the power to the device and thus it was never a problem. But now I have a device that is powered all the time and it is not possible to turn off the power, only reset it.

Is there way to avoid this problem? When the device is tested in the field, the operator can forget about properly disconnecting RTT viewer, they are used that restarting the device solves all the extra consumption created by programming.

Thanks all for ideas.
