Thank you, but I didn't meant Azure IoT, I asked about Azure RTOS, https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/rtos/#components , It supported by Microchip, NXP, Qualcomm, Renesas and STMicroelectronics. So if it will be supported by Nordic we will wait, another option we have to port it ourselves. Also it would be great if Nordic could license those RTOS, because there are several middleware included (USB Stack, File system, wear leveling etc).
if I remember correctly, then Nordic plan to use Zephyr as the main RTOS. So I would not count on a full port from them. (nRF5x support within the Zephyr Project RTOS) Look in the direction of marshmallows, there is also support for USB, stacks, etc.

CheMax is right. We are now full into Zephyr RTOS. We will be monitoring the use of other RTOSes to see if we need to reconsider supporting them in the future. This devzone platform is not the correct place to discuss future roadmaps.
